He pioneered Point of Service Collections by staffing Emergency Rooms, Inpatient and Outpatient Registration with dedicated Point of Service Collections Specialists. He has extensive knowledge of resource recovery programs through twelve years of interacting with healthcare providers, insured and uninsured patient populations, insurance companies,
and healthcare specialists.
